From AI Pilots to Production: Why We Are Heading to XChange Deutschland 2026 in Mannheim
Many organisations have run AI pilots over the past two years. Far fewer have turned them into production systems that deliver value every day. In our experience, the gap is rarely the technology. MeJuvante is at XChange Deutschland in Mannheim on 3 November 2026.
Tomorrow, 3 November, the MeJuvante team will be at XChange Deutschland 2026 at the Congress Center Rosengarten in Mannheim. We are going on a personal recommendation from the CRN editorial team, and with a clear purpose: to have real conversations about how AI, automation and managed services are reshaping the IT channel in Germany.

💬 A format built for conversations, not slide marathons
What stands out before the event even begins is the preparation. From the attendee prep call to the curated boardroom sessions and a tightly run agenda, The Channel Company and CRN Deutschland have designed XChange around genuine exchange between decision-makers from system houses, MSPs and technology vendors.
In a market where many events are dominated by keynotes and booth traffic, that focus on dialogue is exactly what makes the trip worthwhile.
🔓 Getting AI out of the silos
Many organisations have run AI pilots over the past two years. Far fewer have turned them into production systems that deliver value every day. In our experience, the gap is rarely the technology. It usually comes down to three things.
- Governance. Clear rules on data, security, accountability and compliance, defined before scaling, not after.
- Operational rollout. Integrating AI into existing processes, tools and teams so it becomes part of daily work rather than a side project.
- Measurable KPIs. Agreeing up front what success looks like, whether that is resolution time, cost per ticket, revenue per customer or hours saved.
As CRN recently reported from the Ingram Micro Solution Summit, AI transformation does not happen in silos, and we could not agree more. It needs IT, business units and partners working from the same plan.
💼 AI and the MSP business model
For MSPs, AI is not just another tool in the stack. It challenges the business model itself. When automation does in minutes what used to take hours, billing by the hour stops making sense for the customer and the provider alike.
Outcome-as-a-service, where customers pay for results such as availability, resolution or security posture, is the logical next step. The question we want to explore in Mannheim: how do MSPs make that shift without putting their margins at risk along the way?
🎧 Service-desk automation without losing quality
The service desk is often where AI proves its value first. Intelligent ticket routing, automated first-level responses and knowledge assistants for agents can noticeably speed up resolution.
The key is making sure speed does not come at the expense of quality. Customers should experience faster and better support, not just a chatbot standing in their way.
🔐 Cybersecurity as a managed service
With NIS2 raising the bar for many companies, security is moving from a one-off project to an ongoing service. Zero Trust architectures, continuous monitoring and clear incident processes need to scale for mid-sized businesses, not only for large enterprises.
For channel partners, this is both a responsibility and a significant opportunity.
🤝 Partnerships that create value faster
None of this works in isolation. Vendors, distributors and system houses each bring part of the solution. The partners who will win are those who combine their strengths early and give customers a joined-up offering, rather than a set of separate products to integrate themselves.
🧭 What we bring to the table
At MeJuvante, we help companies bring AI and automation into their existing processes pragmatically. What interests us most is what works in practice: which use cases really pay off, where partners hit their limits and how to bring customers along on the journey.
We are coming to Mannheim to share what we have learned and, just as importantly, to learn from others.
✉ Let us talk
If you are at XChange Deutschland tomorrow, come find us. We look forward to open conversations with partners, customers and everyone who wants to actively shape the channel. Let us work out together where the next levers for growth lie.
