Some data is provided by you (e.g. via a contact form). Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the site — mainly technical data such as browser, operating system and time of access.

To provide the website reliably and securely, to maintain and improve it, and — with your consent — to analyse usage. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
2. Access data / server log files
When you access our website, technical information (IP address, date and time, browser, operating system, access provider, volume of data transferred, access status) is stored in server log files. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Retention: log files are stored for approximately 3 months.
3. Plugins and tools
Where we use third-party services (e.g. Google Maps, Google Analytics with IP anonymisation), this is based solely on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given via our cookie notice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Disclosure of your data
Your personal data is not passed to third parties except our hosting provider and any consented services, or where required by law. We use appropriate security measures to protect it.
5. Contact form
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and message to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with.
6. TLS encryption
This site uses TLS encryption to protect the transmission of data. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in the address bar and the padlock symbol.
